I do offer worldwide shipping!

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days for original paintings.

Please contact me directly if rush delivery is needed. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
 

Shipping & delivery estimates

Prints and Illustrations are shipped via Latvijas Pasts and delivery time usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Original paintings are shipped via Express Mail Service and delivery time usually takes 2-4 weeks for Europe and 4-6 weeks for the US.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Those delays can exceed the estimated delivery times stated above. If your order exceeded the time given by a week, feel free to contact me to help locate your package. Please note that this process can take up to 2 weeks to get an update from our local postal service.
 

Packaging

It's important to me that my product gets to its final destination in perfect condition, so each order is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. 
I pack your orders using protective sleeves, hard cardboard to prevent bending and a bubble envelope for smaller artworks and prints, and tubes for bigger prints.

 

Packaging for paintings is especially durable. Your painting will be carefully wrapped with a bubble wrap, placed into the box using two extra hard cardboard panels on the top and the bottom, and hard styrofoam “walls” all around the painting.

Returns

Your satisfaction is super important to me. I provide all information, photographs, and shipping information as accurately as possible. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you want to return an item please contact me via e-mail: ksanalesart@gmail.com within 14 days from receiving the product.

* Keep in mind that all shipping expenses will be non-refundable. I accept the refund If the return was requested within 14 days from the moment when you receive the item and only in case if the product came back to me in the original condition.

* Original oil/acrylic paintings and commissioned art: all purchases are final.
 

Damages

If your painting or other product has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. Contact me to help provide you with a possible solution. 

Email me with a photo of the damaged goods. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. I’ll be in touch with next steps.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

I’m not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
